Embarking on a mission to serve God in Papua New Guinea is a calling that fills our hearts with joy. We invite you to join us on this incredible adventure as we prepare, travel, and live out our faith in one of the most culturally rich and diverse places on earth. This journey is not just about us it is about sharing hope and pointing others to Christ. Follow along as we raise support across the country and then serve the Lord in Papua New Guinea.

Preparing for the Mission: Raising Support and Awareness

Before stepping foot in Papua New Guinea, we must prepare in many ways. One of the most important steps is deputation—traveling around the country to share our vision and raise support. This phase is crucial because it builds the foundation for our work overseas.

What Deputation Looks Like

  • Sharing Our Story

We visit churches to explain how God called our family to Papua New Guinea. We talk about sharing the gospel, the culture, the needs, and the opportunities to serve.

  • Building Relationships

Deputation is more than fundraising. It’s about creating a network of prayer partners, supporters, and friends who will encourage us throughout the journey.

  • Practical Support

We seek financial partners who will help cover living expenses, travel costs, and ministry resources. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

How You Can Support Us

  • Pray for our family and the people we will serve

  • Consider supporting us financially

Life in Papua New Guinea: Serving as a Family

Once we arrive in Papua New Guinea, our lives will change in many ways. Serving as missionaries means adapting to the culture, learning new languages, and building trust with local tribes and villages.

Cultural Immersion and Learning

Papua New Guinea is home to hundreds of distinct languages and traditions. To serve effectively, we must:

  • Learn the local language or dialect

  • Understand cultural customs and social norms

  • Share the Word of God

  • Be backed up by prayer / power of God

Ministry Focus Areas

Our family plans to focus on several key areas:

  • Giving the gospel

Share the gospel to them according to the Word of God. Jesus Christ's death, burial and resurrection.

Romans 10:17 “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

  • Planting Churches

Starting local churches across PNG / training indigenous Pastor's

  • Spiritual Growth

Leading Bible studies, church services, and discipleship programs.

The Impact of Family Mission Work

Serving as a family brings unique strengths and challenges. Our children will grow up with a global perspective and a heart for serving the Lord. We will learn together, support one another, and share the joys and struggles of mission life. We would appreciate your prayers as we raise our children to know and love God.
